If you have the most basic taxes, then they can figure it out. Absolutely not the sharpest tools in the shed. In a natural disaster situation, they are they ones who will need a lot of help and support. I'm referring to the ability to do abstract and critical thinking or having the customer service skills to, seek first to understand. 1000% recommend looking around a bit before settling on this group.
