I got screwed over, the agent working on my tax didn't do it right. Oregon taxes didn't have all info. When speaking to the agent he said he forgot to put my info and that I should send the IRS the documents need that he forgot to put in. Saying that I have to fix his mistake not him, after paying him to do my taxes. I wish I could leave no star but in order to submit a review I have to give them 1 star. Never again this is the last year with them. I personally don't recommend them even to my enemies.
We've been using Block for decades without fail. Last year I got my first bad experience but this year they made up for it by providing the same great service that i had come to expect. Our beloved Bertha has retired but James and the wonderful receptionist made our experience as pleasurable as possible and just like that ! BLOCK gets it done.
We work with Joan every year. She does an amazing job! She is thorough & knows tax rules!! She works diligently to make sure she has all the information needed. We are customers for life.
Easy.. coming back next year
