I've been using Block for 25 yrs. After my last experience I am done. First off it turned out we owed but the tax assistant told me over the email that it was a substantial amount. I freaked out thinking what a substantial amount meant and she refused to tell me via email but insisted on a call at a later date. So I had to sleep on this unknown substantial amount. Lisa Ferguson is rude, inefficient and absolutely terrible at her job.
Smooth process, good customer experience, accountant was very knowledgeable, felt comfortable through the season.
I have gone to H&R Block since 1999 and filing my first taxes when I was in the Marines. I have never ever come across someone as rude and unprofessional as Lisa Ferguson in all the time that I have been using this service To start off she was extremely rude and unprofessional when we came in with all the documents. Lisa, complained about the volume of paperwork we had the light ink that was used and how since we were government employees we could have sprung for better or new ink cartridges.
