We've been using Block for decades without fail. Last year I got my first bad experience but this year they made up for it by providing the same great service that i had come to expect. Our beloved Bertha has retired but James and the wonderful receptionist made our experience as pleasurable as possible and just like that ! BLOCK gets it done.
We work with Joan every year. She does an amazing job! She is thorough & knows tax rules!! She works diligently to make sure she has all the information needed. We are customers for life.

I've been using Block for 25 yrs. After my last experience I am done. First off it turned out we owed but the tax assistant told me over the email that it was a substantial amount. I freaked out thinking what a substantial amount meant and she refused to tell me via email but insisted on a call at a later date. So I had to sleep on this unknown substantial amount.
