I turned in my paperwork 3/27 & was patient, I sent a message asking the status of my return on 4/4 they said it will be done by 4/8 at the latest. That was yesterday. Still no returns.
Had appt for monday 2-6 when I arrived was told there was no one there to help me and she tried to call and didn’t want to cancel on me so I just left work an hour early to be here for my appointment. I told her if she had just cancelled I could of rescheduled with another location but she would rather me show up then make an new appt at another location . Omg ….. ridiculously wasted my time. The man that help me was James Boyd he is an amazing gentleman he help me understand thinks better and clearly he was friendly and kind it's obvious that he enjoy his job I definitely would want to have him help me again next year overall he is outstanding at his job and very helpful to make sure you understand 1/28/2023
