They got me an appointment in a timely manner with a knowledgeable tax agent. She helped me with my Mothers property sell, and my own complicated tax situation. Grateful that she made it easy and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend H&R Block.
I went to have an amendment performed on my already completed 2022 taxes. I needed one form to be completed (8369). This took about 30min. At the completion of the form i was informed the cost was $379 and that there was no way to override that rate and if i would've waited a week or done the amendment earlier then i would've been charged $99, a fair value. They don’t pay their employees and they will not help. I called their supervisor and still nothing. I don’t know why they not getting back to me.
They will slowly shove you out of there company and fire you without explaining why. The main supervisor there wasn’t helpful at all. She was very unprofessional in her way of conducting business through lack of communication. She also expected you to work for free (will training). NOT a family friendly environment at all. Don’t recommend working here.
