I would highly recommend not using HR block services. Uploaded all of my documents for faster service. I attempted to ask a few questions during service. My questions were ignored. So-called tax professional kept entering information wrong. Had to retract a few times to correctly enter. Then the tax return was rejected because they entered the wrong PIN. Terrible customer service you'd be better off getting your returns done by a turtle plus nobody answers the phone
Christine is my go to girl, she helps me out each year. Love this location, everyone is so friendly!
Quick easy and inexpensive
I just got my taxes done by a professional for the first time and I had the best experience with Jessica today! She was so sweet, kind, and explained anything I didn’t know(which is a lot I am not tax savvy) and Sheila at the front desk was super sweet and friendly as well! 11/10 would recommend this place!
