My mistake was to file my wife’s & I taxes here last year . My spouse and I walk in I should have left as soon as they didn’t want to help us . The lady in the front was juts on her phone try to pull the language barrier card then she called her manager another Spanish lady they didn’t even give me a chance to speak because btw I speak Spanish fluently I don’t know if they were homophobic but long story short they pull the card “ the system is down you can juts leave you paperwork here and will call you when is done .
