Scheduled with specific person because I preferred them. After arriving I was told I was given to some one else. And then told I will be paying triple what some tax professionals I know will do it for. H&R block is a rip off will definitely not be returning next year.

For 3 years, since I started having H&R Block preparing my taxes, I've been very, very pleased with everything! No matter what I need, or questions I have, or phone calls to clarify stuff, or the scheduling, everything is done to accommodate me.
