I would advise going anywhere else but here! Patricia filed taxes AFTER I told her I had more w2s to file and see if she could access them as well as had some questions. She completely ignored that and filed anyway in which she didn't tell me she did. Kept my w2s I did have, then I went to get them as I finally recieved the ones I was waiting for and ended up going to another tax agent who had jonissue doing them , but because she was negligent and did NOT listen to me that I did not want to file just wanted to see if she by... read more
