My tax person made a mistake and when I brought it up, she was extremely rude and shitty, was overcharged and now I have to get ahold of local tax dept to make sure everything is right, do not use hr block for taxes, go anywhere else
Way overpriced and they won't give you an estimate upfront. Tried to charge me $450 (actual accountants don't even charge close to that) to do my taxes and the woman wasn't even doing them correctly. The one woman was extremely rude to me the couple times I had to go in, I refused to keep using them and got all my paperwork so I can have some do them properly and for a fair price.
