JoNetta was wonderful! She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and was a delight to work with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing their taxes done. Oh, and the branch manager, Cindi, was just as great!
It's a slam dunk!! Take your files or send electronically to the office and in a day or two they will file them for you and in a couple of weeks or less your rebate is deposited into your bank!
Terrible experience with this place. The receptionist was condescending to my wife and I when we weren’t ready to hand over our many w2’s within seconds of walking in the door. The “Tax professional” with zero year experience according to the appointment confirmation wouldn’t even consider doing an itemized return. She said “the standard deduction is too high”. Multiple trips to this office, multiple conversations on the phone, multiple correspondence over the HR Block app and they failed each and every time. Now I receive late payment notices from the IRS. So, I go to their office and place is closed down with a note to contact at a Vancouver office..I call them and they are out of the office until June 12. So much for "peace of mind". Will NEVER do business with this trash company again!
