We got here to do our yearly taxes, like we do every year. We waited for 28 minutes, thinking they were running behind. We got told their systems canceled our appointment. Then was told to come back tomorrow. Shame on you H&R Block. Your customer service was unacceptable! We called customer service to advise them of this, and got someone even more incompetent on the phone. Your company makes millions of dollars. You need to do better!! We paid 89.00 for the worst service of a professional service. They made a mistake on our taxes and after working with them a second time they' just dropped us. Did nothing for us. I could have done my oun taxes made a mistake and saved 89.00.
