Duvall, WA office: 2023 overpaid taxes-received unexpected small refund. 2024-given 2025 estimated tax payment coupons, instead of 2024 quarterly payment coupons. Received letter from IRS that we hadn't paid our taxes, even though we had. Unfortunately, the IRS was applying it to 2025. Took 2 hours on the phone with IRS to fix the problem. We will not use H & R Block again. These are rookie mistakes!
