🤬 😳 they want charge as too much of money, just for simple return! What a joke! I can imagine how much they will charge people with complicated taxes!Terible
Worst experience ever. They didn't want to help me with my TAX-RELATED question because I used TurboTax. I had a simple question to ask, and I wasn't even allowed to tell them "hey, this isn't a TurboTax question" and they refused the service rather rudely. I was ok with paying anything they wanted, and even considered using H&R if they would help me with my question. BTW, my question was "can I deduct the sale tax of my car"? I guess TurboTax will have the answer.
This office is the worst, they mailed my taxes by mistake to another customer. They did not apologize
