Still have not had any response from HR as to why the sent in my taxes to IRS without my consent; I never signed anything nor gave permission due to their prices coming to almost $1,000 dollars just to do them. Last I heard, I would just have to pay it regardless, if their head honchos decided it's not their problem... I have trusted HR with my taxes for the last 7 years, and have never received such horrible treatment. I had my taxes done by James Sumrell, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I went in feeling very anxious, but he took the time to explain everything step by step, which really put me at ease. James was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. It was my first time filing in a few years, and he not only calmed my nerves but also educated me along the way. The folks at H&R Block are knowledgeable and willing to help me understand what's going on as they go through the process.
