Not only did the staff of this office incorrectly file my daughter’s refund, using the wrong address, wrong phone number, after multiple times of being given the correct information, having the correct information written and given to them having the correct information on her drivers license they still failed to change this information from a previous address of over 10 years ago, she went to H&R for their rapid refund which after they filed incorrectly they said she was unable to receive, that also being after they charged... read more
Gareth has been my tax consult last year and this year. He has exceptional customer service skills and was very helpful in breaking down a lot of the difficult to understand topics in Taxes. (Im still young so there’s a lot for me to get accustomed to in this area). I would highly recommend having him as your tax processor for this upcoming year as he is very efficient and professional! 10/10 would recommend hr block based on my previous experiences here!
