If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in person to file my taxes on February 11, 2022. Checked the site today, April 3, and my tax return was not submitted. Called this location to check on the status and was told the same thing. Apparently my taxes were completed by a first year tax preparer and needed to be overlooked my a tax pro before submitting. That is fine, however, was never updated by anyone. Would not recommend in person filing. Not worth $145. You could do it yourself online and save time and money and have a pea... read more
