Very bad. They dont know what they are doing, basically... I had to tell them where to add my interest earned and capital gains in the tax form. Not only that but they charge an absoult non-sense ammount of money for the smallest things. I would not recommend doing your taxes here, specially if you have anything out of the very basic in your tax form (investments, international ...)
Because I have been coming to H&R Block for at least 12 years or more and I've never had an issue
We really like Arefa Haque. She has been our number one go to person for doing our taxes for several years now. We live in Knoxville and drove into Oak Ridge, TN just to have Arefa do our taxes again. She is very kind and friendly and professional and gives us great advise. Hope to see you next year too!
