Ana Richardson is wonderful. Great preparer. Would use her again. However, falsely advertising drop off service is available but when customer arrives nothing has been done with documents since drop off. This is the second year in a year this has happened. I thought dropping off documents before a scheduled appointment was to expedite the process.

First time client .. made an appointment at the Prattville Al location to get my taxes done… Walked in and greeted by a friendly face. She was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. It was pretty clean and organized on the inside as well. The reason I went with H&R Block to get my taxes done was because of the price .. On the website it specifically says $89 + additional state fee. So I’m thinking since I’ve been at one job entirely it should be a breeze, no more than $100.
