I appreciate the work the accountants do here. Annie specifically, she is thorough and has called me many times to ask if i had any other bills or expenses i can submit. I believe she has done her best to maximize my returns. Only gripe I have with this location is the slow updates to their business hours on Google. I have showed up once on a day listed as open only to be closed. Same thing happened with my neighbor that i had referred to that location. Please do better.
Why does it say you close at 6pm and after staying 2h in traffic i show up to a closed door with a note on the door saying you close at 4pm? This is extremely frustrating when you plan this out by taking time off work, leave earlier to spend time in a jam, and all for nothing.
