I will never use this H&R office again and do not recommend it. 2010 taxes were processed in this office and I became a victum of identity theft. The H&R Block office for Carol Horan will not receive my busines again; they did not take the time to seek resolution to the problem, just stated that is happens. Consumers beware!!
