This office is very professional and rude. They filed my previous year's taxes incorrectly so I ended up having to repay taxes. This year I made an appointment and AMANI ABDELHADI Senior Tax Specialist was so rude and unprofessional she took a walk in at the time of our appointment and let me waiting without any communication. Then when I called in she left me on hold for 30minutes. Then they hung up on me. Then they refused to answer when I called back. Do not get your taxes taken care of here.
