Had a return filed for 2022. Filed with a 'tax pro" online. Then in office to correct it.... both filed incorrectly. I had to come back months later to have an amended return done. Then had to return in the beginning of 2024 to "expedite" or digitally file the federal portion of the amended return. Spring 2024 I still have not received my amended return. Arguably the most frustrating and useless effort in futility I've ever experienced when filing taxes. Do not.... repeat.... do not... come here to file your taxes. Do not us... read more
