I showed the tax pro what forms and investments my 84 year old mother had for her taxes, and was quoted $186 to do my mother's taxes. My mother agreed to that, so we left her forms so her taxes could be completed. Then, when I went to pick up the completed forms, H&R charged my mother over $100 more than what she was originally quoted. We will not be using H&R again, and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

I was matched with Farnaz as a tax expert. I had reached out through the message portal on H&R Block, at least five times and called the office three times. No one called me back and no one had any idea what was going on I will never use Lynn Valley H&R Block again. They left me hanging at the last minute because they’re too busy to help me after messaging for three weeks. Horrible service. Now I’m stuck with two days left struggling to find some help

H&R in Lynn Valley mall. Great service, very competent. Farnaz is awesome! Highly recommend her.

Highly recommend using H&R at Lynn Valley Mall. I had the pleasure of working with Farnaz Madani this year on my taxes for my entire family. I was completely satisfied with her work and she found a few deductions that I could use, that my former CA missed.
