Mayra provided a great, quick and efficient service. I would highly recommend! She helped me find ways to get refunds that I would never have known about otherwise.

Update: Got a reply, see below, stating that they are sorry and a manager would reach out shortly. Heard nothing since then. Maybe it will again take seven months to hear from them. We had the worst experience with this branch. Submitted all documents in March, paid for the preparation fee and the tax owed in April. Just found out now in October that our Canadian tax was never filed (via another H&R block office) and now have to pay penalty and couldn't locate the money we paid in April through our bank for the Canadian tax.... read more
I had a great experience working with Gregory with my taxes. My situation was somewhat complicated so his experience and skill was really helpful in filing my taxes. Also a great guy and would highly recommend working with him!
Gregory and H&R are absolutely impossible to get a hold of. Even when you do they're not much help! It took me about 2 years to clear up some discrepancies during their filing which costed me thousands of dollars with CRA. YOURE BETTER OFF DOING YOUR OWN TAXES.
