I was able to swing by H&R Block really quick to ask questions about my taxes. Customer service with Heidi was outstanding and she was able to explain my tax return and numbers clearly. Recommend them for anyone who needs extra support for filing taxes!
Made an appointment, met with one of their EAs to review and prep to file, and then complete silence. Left multiple messages and they didn’t call us back. Incredibly disappointing and stressful situation.
