Will never go here again, they messed our taxes up so bad the IRS thought we filled them out our self. We still haven't gotten our taxes back. An it was only one W2 and 2 dependents. They also charged us 500$. We've been going here for 19 years and will not go for 20. Didn't even want to give the one star but it's the only way I could post. Don't honor appointments & times that they schedule. Issue with my taxes and so far no resolution.
