The girl argued with me about my appointment telling me I was not scheduled. We set up our appointment online and they called me to reschedule the appointment. We scheduled it for the next day at 10am and when I went in at that time the girl said I was not scheduled. I told her I talked to them on the phone yesterday and it was scheduled for today at 10. Got billed 165.00 for being a student/ retired. I am neither. Can’t seem to get this resolved. Was very confident in prior years . Wasn’t asked about tax prep protection guarantee I usually got in past. Office 47410x
