‼️‼️I’ve generally filed my taxes the past few years using FreeTaxUSA and never had a single issue. Janet did a great job explaining everything and taking me in short notice.
This is the first time I sat down and filed in person with anyone. I normally file online and Debbie made the experience totally worth it. I didn't make to much this year and I felt a bit embarrassed, but Debbie was kind enough and reassured me that it was okay, as long as I was comfortable filing in the first place. Will be working with her again
They are rude, judgmental, and they don’t listen while they are typing your information in and will mark you as “single” and say it was your fault. Go anywhere BUT here.
