They are rude, judgmental, and they don’t listen while they are typing your information in and will mark you as “single” and say it was your fault. Go anywhere BUT here.
Jerry took care of my taxes and did a fine job. My 2 star review reflects their $400 fee for doing the simplest of returns and is a statement on H&R Block fee, not Jerry. Jerry knocked it down to $300 so kudos to him.
My husband and I were throughly impressed by Mrs Erin. She went above and beyond for our family!!! Ask for Erin!!!
Terrible service. Incompetent preparers. No attention to detail. They copy your drivers license when you start the process. All W-2's and other supporting documents have your address on them. I'm married but separated. All cell phones keep a log of calls made and recieved. I mention all this because they have all the information required to prepare your taxes and means to contact you.
