Set an appointment online about a week ago. And got approved for a time slot for today 4/6 at 6pm with Christian Phillips. My first time doing taxes in Virginia being from California. Luckily it was a breeze. Even though I had a CA W2 and VA W2. Christian was thorough and quick and only took about 30 min. He was really nice as well and very easy to talk too and knowledgeable. The staff at this H&R Block location were very friendly and helpful when I entered and left the office. I worked with Bonbenture Nalugala today to prepare and file my 2025 Federal and Va tax returns. Bonbenture was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable! The price I paid was of no consequence compared to the pains I have endured in the last 20 years doing it myself. Thanks for a great experience today and a special thanks to Bonbenture! Excellent job!
