Thành and everyone there are amazing. Super Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She is who I trust. Like a family member. The team there are all bright and lovely. Lean refused to use our banking details to make ouг рауmеnt to the IRS even though that's how we paid in previous years AND that's what I specifically discussed with him on the phone this year. He instead sent us a link to an internal page where I could go through the hassle of figuring out the payment for a nearly 3% additional processing fee! I hadn't been paying attention, I could easily have missed the fact that I needed to make the payment myself. Not sure if I just got a bad agent or if this is new company policy, but ... read more
