Overall our experience with Gregory was quite poor. We had a pretty simple tax situation with just a very small small business that didn't turn a profit. He failed to clearly explain what we needed repeatedly, forcing us to go back and pull custom reporting from our accounting software several times. Rather than just communicating on the phone, they insisted on going through their annoying message portal, which made it nearly impossible for two working parents of a young child to track everything. Lean refused to use our banking details to make ouг рауmеnt to the IRS even though that's how we paid in previous years AND that's what I specifically discussed with him on the phone this year. He instead sent us a link to an internal page where I could go through the hassle of figuring out the payment for a nearly 3% additional processing fee! I hadn't been paying attention, I could easily have missed the fact that I needed to make the payment myself. Not sure if I just got a bad agent or if this is new company policy, but ... read more
