If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I booked an appointment and showed up on time with all my documents, only for the person I had booked with to refuse to see me and openly tell staff to say he wasn’t there while I could clearly hear the conversation. There was back and forth between staff about who would take me, and after that he said he would “only see her for 5 minutes,” despite me having a confirmed appointment.Instead of honoring my appointment, I was told to just drop off my papers.
