Absolutely terrible service. I've been stuck going back and forth with the government because of this company’s sloppy work. The person assigned to our case could barely communicate in English, which made the entire process even more frustrating and inefficient. They say they contact me which they never did and worst I'm getting more government paperwork charging me more and more and this guys do not speak English to explain the terrible job they did and how to fix their mess. Atrocious return with barely any communication beforehand. Money was taken out of my return by the CRA without communication from the accountant. Advertised as the best return possible, but somehow got a whole $4. Yes, excellent, I can now fall $1 short of buying myself a Tim’s cold brew with this amazing annual return filed. Good job on the 0 star service.
It was a horrible experience. I phoned and was told I could drop off my T4s, etc. I drove there only to be told they couldn't guarantee my taxes would be done on time. The employees' attitude was indifferent. I do not recommend this unprofessional location. I was livid, as it took me an hour to get there. I've been a customer for 10 years.
