Sadly I am erasing my previous 5 star review from 3 years ago. This year, my tax preparer was rude to say the least. After being berated for being late, I said I can wait or come back if needed. I was told not to schedule an appointment with her if I wasn't going to come. My honesty was questioned regarding driving miles for my independent contracting business. I was told I'd have to pay over $800 for last year and this year's taxes - up front. I will take my business elsewhere, thanks.
We made an appointment online and when we got there we were told they could not take us because they were overbooked. When we asked why their website allowed us to book the appointment, she just repeated that she was overbooked and couldn’t take us. No apologies, no explanation of why this happened, just “I’m overbooked” on repeat.
Thanh C. was very helpful! I wasn't even her client, yet she was very diligent in fixing errors from three years ago. It took multiple days to fix/refile, and I felt she did everything in her power to make sure I was taken care of. The rest of the staff I dealt with were quite pleasant as well.
Horrible experience. The tax preparer I had (Dat Ho) was very condescending, disrespectful, and rude. He treated me like an idiot. Insanely overpriced especially for an experience so awful. DO NOT GO HERE!
