Horrible experience, I ended up going with TurboTax and thank God I did. I had a wonderful, successful, inexpensive experience with TurboTax!!! Less fees with larger, far more experienced returns and I had the pleasure of working with a woman who was absolutely awesome! Thank you TurboTax, 5 stars. I will never ever go to H&R Block again, 0 stars!
bad customer service, tax agent was rude and seemed to get easily overwhelmed at the simplest task. the agent lacked any sort of professionalism in my opinion
My tax professional,Joanne Maura did a great jod of keeping me informed of every the details of what she was doing and what I was signing.
First off it's ridiculously expensive to do taxes here.. 2nd we made an appointment on a Saturday, which they NEVER put in their schedules, so we had to wait for someone to do them, THEN, the icing on the horrible cake was when another Worker mentioned the coupon to save everyone $$ on the preparation fee, my tax lady says " I wish they wouldn't announce it to everyone" . Ummm EXCUSE you???
