HR-Block ruined my life. Because he told me what to do, so I did. I ended up a letter from the IRS. I had to pay them because I made mistakes that I sent the wrong department, not according to the IRS. I lost a lot of money because of the HR block. I never go back there place ever again. I getting tired pay IRS 4th time!! Stop taking advantage of people who have a disability that you doing paperwork for them and making them pay the IRS!

Received a call yesterday stating there was an issue with our payment and the girl stated it shows payment pending??? So I found my receipt and my bank statement showing $305 was taken out of my account. Mind you yesterday was April 1st and we had our taxes prepared on March 23rd our taxes are still sitting in their office and didn't bother to give a call until April 1st to talk about this issue.
