Very disappointed with H & R Block Eagle River! Had an appointment in office showed up and no one was there. Then I downloaded all my documents and they told me they were working on them, but I couldn’t ever get anyone to answer my phone calls. I believe no one ever works in office or that they ever started my taxes because they never made the deadline. Do not go there unless you want to be ignored!
Totally messed up my taxes, they told me I owed the state money when I didn't. Then they amended them, and now I have to wait up to a year to get my money back. They won't return my phone calls, I will never go to H&R Block ever again, I would suggest you do the same. Terrible place to have your taxes done.
I recently gave H&R block a 5 star review and wow was I fooled. However I am changing that review to 0 stars but I can only choose 1 star so that will have to do. My 2021 taxes were not submitted correctly and now 4 years later the state says I owe 1,626.61. Customer service has been horrible and now my credit is at stake if I do not pay this balance on time. 4 years later now this affects me. They put milage in for income, nope don't trust you ever again.
I'm glad to see there is a new tax professional in this office this year. She's very knowledgeable and much more friendly.
