We made an appointment over a month ago for 10 am, received a confirmation two days prior for 10 am. We arrived 7 minutes prior & weren’t seen until about 10:25 am. What’s the point of making an appointment? My time is important, beyond I’m sorry for your wait. I asked for discount for my wait, it was denied. I’ve been a customer of H & R Block since 2008, this is bad customer service. No resolution was reached after phone call with Stacy.
This was my first time doing my taxes at an office and I had a wonderful and informational experience. Thank you Joan for helping me and Nia and Courtney at the front for being so kind and bright!
