Hi, this was my first time filing taxes with H&R Block, and it was horrible. They said they could make me an appointment to come in at 9:00 p.m. before they close at 10:00 p.m. for the night. Of course, I was very grateful for them to fit me in. I was ready to get my taxes done with my advisor (Linda Cipriani), but it seemed like she didn’t want to help us nor to be there. We look forward to our tax appointment every year with Linda C. She is always very helpful and is extremely kind and is just a joy to visit with. She works hard to make sure we get back what we can and explains everything so well.

Will definitely not be using them anymore , It doesn’t make sense that my refund was over five thousand and still didn’t get approved for the advance due to change in policy , As many years as I’ve used this service and returned and paid back all loans , they claim to have had bad issues with other people , what does that have to do with me. But it’s ok , never again
