I came in expecting to just file my taxes, but to my surprise, the IRS was about to file multiple years I had missed—which would have been a complete nightmare. She took the time to carefully handle every single year and made sure I received the maximum deductions possible. I truly cannot thank her enough for her patience, professionalism, and dedication. Do not give these people your business. Last year a woman in the front talked me into adding something called “peace of mind” to my bill. In the event they make a mistake preparing your taxes to where the IRS comes after you, they will resolve the problem for an extra $40 lol. This year it was just added to my payment without me even being asked if I wanted it. They are sneaky and untrustworthy. I also received a CP53E and a CP30A notice from the treasury because of their incompetence.
Teresa was great. She definitely made the process quick, easy, and simple. Highly recommend!
