Fiance dropped all paperwork off in March. Now its June 17th no email, no phone call, no nothing to let her know anything about her taxes. We go by to inquire and see the note on the door stating they are closed due to computer problems. Sorry, thats really hard to believe. Last year was major unprofessional problems as well. Shippensburg office is the only one we have ever had problems at. Next year we will drive a little farther to chambersburg.
I've been waiting since April for my returns to come in, still waiting and haven't gotten anything back yet, even paid extra fees for protection and for them to represent me to get them done and still waiting for the returns to get here.

Got tired of being charged $200 or more so I just filed for free on cashapp. Very easy. They shouldn't be charging as much as they do.
I contacted barbara Richardson, the owner, regarding a notice I received regarding my 2018 taxes (since I had previously used her for 2 years). I told her that I needed to send information to irs and even gave her the fax, etc. All she needed to do was send the information over by a certain date. She assured me the date and information was inaccurate and we had a year from the date it was paid. At the sane time I found out I was a victim of identity theft on her precious returns.
