Got tired of being charged $200 or more so I just filed for free on cashapp. Very easy. They shouldn't be charging as much as they do.
I contacted barbara Richardson, the owner, regarding a notice I received regarding my 2018 taxes (since I had previously used her for 2 years). I told her that I needed to send information to irs and even gave her the fax, etc. All she needed to do was send the information over by a certain date.
