The receptionist was pleasant and promptly checked me in. I was even offered a bottled water. Cristaann Blackwell prepared my return. She was professional, competent, and warm throughout the entire appointment. She answered all my questions and explained the entire process as we moved through my filing. Exemplar service. Pleasant experience.
She was the best tax lady I have ever had. She was sweet funny don't lose her she is definitely an asset to your company
Had such a fantastic experience with crista, she went over & beyond for my kids and I. Had coloring books for them. Also got alittle bit of crib side assistance from her. Had some issues come up as soon as I walked out with my two kids and she flagged me down in the parking lot & went back and forth inside to outside to bring me the right paper work to finish filling my taxes. Will definitely be using her again & would definitely recommend her!! Thanks so much H&R Block!!!
