They put me in a $14,000 debt with the IRS because they rushed through my filing.
Shockingly bad experience. At best incompetent- at worst, these people are liars and crooks. I left my appointment feeling utterly taken advantage of, only to find out months later that one of the 2 returns I paid NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS to have fixed and filed in an expedited manner was rejected by the IRS due to a missing form, only to be left sitting un-filed while this office did NOTHING to fix their error and make sure it got through.
