Honestly, I’ve been to multiple H&R block locations and this is by far the best experience I ever had. If you come to this location book an appointment with Evgenii Andreev. He was very knowledgeable, honest and was a great help with my tax inquiries. He was very patient and answered any questions I had very concisely. He walks you through everything very thoroughly, giving you a peace of mind, knowing that your tax filings are in very good hands. Highly recommend H&R block. Filed with them online alone this year and was such a smooth process :)
The Branch Manager Evgenii assisted me in filing my taxes for the 2024 tax year. It was a seamless process and he helped me get the biggest refund and use all the tax credits I could for the year. Happy with his service and peace of mind.
I hadn't filed my taxes in a few years and booked an appointment with Evgenii last month to get them done. He went through every seperate year with me to make sure that I got the maximum return for each year that I had missed and explained everything to me in full detail as well as answering any questions that I had. We were referred by a friend so decided to try this location and booked appointment with Tania, senior tax consultant on March 30, 2025. This is by far the worst experience and we would never return. We told upfront that we are first-time customer and would like to understand how the process looks like. Tania was absolutely not welcoming us with her grumpy expression.
