Anna is by far one of the best tax preparers I’ve ever had. There is a man that works here too, but I personally felt Anna’s customer service went above and beyond his. If you’re behind in taxes or filing from multiple states, Anna is your person!
This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I first had an associate in Saugus MA prepare my taxes It was finished, except for a couple of dates that I had to supply. When I got those dates and tried to call the agent she was not available. After 11 attempts to reach her I gave up and the case was assigned to a new oiffice in Cambridge, MA, headed by Mauricio Flores.
