I walked in with no appointment to be seen by an agent and the receptionist told me to fill out my taxes via the H&R block app. Literally sat in the waiting area for over an hour they didn't give me any instructions until after I finished. Maybe there was a communication issue. Try hiring people who speak good English.
Peter Grossi was and is a consummate professional. I chose his specifically because I have multi-state related taxes that, if not handled correctly, often cause issues down the road. He not only handled my taxes with care, but he also took the time to walk me through each stage of what to expect, and how to prepare for next year. Went to the office at porter sq and I was greeted by the front receptionist Kathy and she welcomed me with a big smile offered me a cup of coffee great service. Sat down with Doris who I found out she was the manager and was very informative and very helpful with my w4. Made my experience ten times better than ever, will definitely come back next year.
