I filled on April 15, 2022! Somehow I had a hold on my state refund taxes. If I didn’t do the research to figure out why I haven’t gotten it back yet. Four hours on the phone with state refund tax people just to let them tell me that nothing was filed. I called H&R Block to ask why, the lady on the phone said they put a hold on your state refund but didn’t know why. I will never ever file with H&R Block again
The person, Jennifer, who did my son's taxes was incredible! My son has Asperger's syndrome and so I came with him. I let Jennifer know about my son's condition when booking our appointment and she was AMAZING when dealing with him! Couldn't have asked for someone better! Hands down best customer service that I've ever experienced! Will recommend her to all of my friends and family!
