I received the worst customer service ever. 1st and last time I will never use this service again. I had to go back there 3 times to get my taxes . He told me he would give me $40.00 if I had to come back . I haven’t received the discount and I had to go there a total of 3 times. . Dennis the manager of 3 locations said this to me. And I have a simple tax return. Worsted service ever.
Vijay is amazing!!! I went to see him last year for my taxes and he helped me go through everything nice and slow. We took our time, this year I was looking forward to working with him again! He helps keep me calm because I get nervous doing taxes and he makes me feel super comfortable and in good hands. I greatly appreciate Vijay’s help and highly recommend him to others! He is an asset to the team!!
Janet Shine is the best tax pro I've had. She is very professional and made things less complicated. Her calmness also made me feel less anxious about doing my taxes.
