I had a complicated taxes this year due to some life changes and the law, Irina Pastors took care of everything with passion and great knowledge even my appointment took a lot longer than expected, Irina was making sure we finished everything the same day. Irina is very friendly welcoming has a great smile and brilliant premium customer service. I will highly recommend her as your taxes accountant.
Best Tax Prep ever hands down, Judy is an angel. Judy took time to review what all fees we would encounter and then she took her time to enter everything and had co-worker double check her work, so appreciate the excellent customer service experience. Our taxes were not very simple either, sale of home - interest - jobs - retirement account, and Judy handled it all very nicely. Thanks & see you next year Judy!
Love love love this location!! All of the tax pros are friendly and fun. They do a great job getting explaining the jargon and relating to their clients. 10 out of 10 recommend!
If I could put 0 stars, I would. I used this office and Irina P was my preparer. After 4 months and 20+ days, I still have not received my return because of the error in filing. Then when I tried to get help from H&R Block, I was told "We aren't having luck getting through to the IRS either. Maybe you should call them too. That's the best thing I can tell you to do."
