They completely botched my income taxes this year, forgot to add my dependent, lost my student loan forms ( didn’t add that as well) and charged me $300 to file. I now have to pay someone else to correct their mistakes and hope that I don’t loose my child tax as well as hoping I don’t have to pay in once things are righted. Would definitely recommend avoiding bringing your taxes there.
I am wondering how this location stays in business? We have tried multiple times to come in, and every time they have been closed during their normal business hours, or they can’t take any clients because of system updates. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time!
