I had an excellent experience working with Mike -manager and Reina - an associate at H&R on Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica for my tax return. Their professionalism , attention to detail, and clear communication made the entire process seamless. They took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, ensuring I felt informed and confident. I truly appreciate their dedication and expertise, and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and efficient accounting support.
H&R Block apparently does not exist. None of the locations -- including this one -- answers their phones. It's literally impossible to become a customer. This cursory response further proves that H& Block has zero interest in gaining customers. The offering of a number that I have already called multiple times -- without successfully speaking to a single human -- proves that this company is inept.
Scheduled a half-hour appointment with them at 3:30. It is now 4 and the store is closed. No other customers in the store either. If you’re gonna waste my time at least let me know in advance.
