Every year they charge more and more and you get less and less. All they did was try to force me onto the app that doesn’t work and spam lists and selling my information. I got Way less back this year and was charged way more than ever even though nothing really changed with my situation this year. They don’t even print out your full tax return anymore or give you the green folder. They just jack up the prices and give you less money in returns.
Michelle McMunn was understanding of my complicated taxes She’s easy to work with and friendly. Tax season makes anyone jittery but knowing Michelle’s there for me next year takes the pressure off!
