Their fees are getting out of hand. And they lie about it. Over the phone they give one price then change it when you get there
I booked appointment in person then when I went there they advised me to book another appointment online with one of their tax advisors. In the online appointment, I was waiting for 1.5 hrs and nobody showed up. They kept telling me few minutes and we will join. Till at the end, they sent a very cold message that they were in another appointment and it took longer than usual. They did not feel sorry or apologize or anything after wasting my time. The best part of the year is walking in the door and seeing my tax mom Mary Megan loeser. You would think I’m happy to be getting money back. Which I always do because I go to the best. But no it’s honestly because Megan makes me feel at home when I walk through those doors. She tells me whats right to do and what I shouldn’t do. When it comes to taxes.
