Definitely would not recommend this location. My taxes were no more complicated than last year, but I was billed far more this time around. It seemed that they were looking for any excuse to jack up my bill. For example, why would anyone print out all 100+ pages of the 1099 from Robinhood? Robinhood already did the heavy lifing and provided a summary of all relevant information for tax purposes on the first two pages. Not a good experience, I paid over $300 to be told my tax filing was rejected and it was my problem to figure out.
