They charged me $530 for what was supposed to be a hour appointment, but where I was pushed out the door after 40 minutes. Their software made an error that made them think I owed $8500. I asked the lady to review it, and if I could see what was put in, as I suspected an error was made. She would not let me do that, but instead insisted that I sign the paperwork, pay the $530 for the appointment, and then pushed me out the door with 20 minutes remaining in our appointment, saying they would review it on their own. I would rate them a five star, but I’ve been waiting for my gift card for referring friends and I haven’t received it so that is a lie. I’ve been looking in the mail. I’ve been looking at emails and I haven’t received anything and when I called to escalate, she was rude and mean she was having a bad day.
Vicki does an amazing job. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and patient. She works hard to get everything worked out even when it's complicated due to me missing paperwork or having uncommon requests. She goes above and beyond every year to make sure everything goes well and I will use her for my taxes every year for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend her to anyone uneasy about doing their own taxes, especially if they are complicated. Thank you
